Vidal Davila-Garcia
Vidal Davila-Garcia, born on August 25, 1930, in Santurce, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2024, at his home, surrounded by love. He was the beloved son of the late Hobobono Davila and the late Fedilina Garcia.
A proud veteran of the United States Army, Vidal served during the Korean Conflict, earning several medals for his valor and dedication. He was committed to protecting the freedoms and privileges we hold dear today.

Beyond his faith, Vidal was known for his impeccable sense of style. From a young age, he took great pride in being a sharp dresser, a trait he carried throughout his life. Whether attending church, spending time with family, or simply going about his day, Vidal’s polished and thoughtful appearance reflected his inner dignity and pride.
He was a devoted father to Lisa Gallardo, the late Richard Gallardo, Camelia Morales, Carol (Dennis) Medina, Deborah (Sid) Formica, and Rachel Davila. He was also a cherished grandfather to 20 grandchildren, a great-grandfather to many, and a treasured relative and friend to countless others whose lives he touched deeply.
