Teresa Jimenez

Teresa Jimenez, 73, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on June 15, 2023, in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT.  She was born in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico to the late Benita Nieves.  

Teresa was a very special person.  She was an animal enthusiast who loved her dogs and took great care of them.  She actively played the lottery and was very good with numbers.

Teresa leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving son Carlos Rodriguez, her precious grandchildren Gabriel, Lillian, Joel, Jonathan, Carlos, Janelis, Jamelis, Cynthia, Michelle and Christy, her dear siblings Fulgencio, Micaela, Juan Jr., Minerva, Noelia, Auria Rosa, Carmen Maria, Gladys and Gloria Jimenez and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly.  She was predeceased by a brother Manuel Jimenez.

Religious services will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2023,  beginning promptly at 5 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Calling hours will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 PM, then again on Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.  Departure to Mt. Grove Cemetery Easton, 100 Harvester Road, Easton, CT., will follow immediately after.
