Steven Daniel Montes

Steven Daniel Montes, age 28 of Bridgeport, returned to the Loving Arms of the Lord on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Bridgeport Hospital. He was born in Norwalk; beloved son of Santiago and Maritza Montes. Steven had a competitive spirit and he was a fan of sports, he played both football and golf in high school. Steven was an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Orlando Magic. He enjoyed staying active, playing basketball, bike riding and skateboarding mixed in with the occasional video gaming. He attended Housatonic Community College. Steven will be remembered as a great friend, a loving brother and son. Most of all he enjoyed being an uncle, his nephew was his pride and joy. Along with his parents, Steven is survived by his siblings Erubey Montes and Sherly Montes. Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 2 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
