Ruben Rodriguez

Ruben Rodriguez, age 63, beloved husband of Diana Rodriguez, has entered into eternal rest suddenly on November 1, 2018, in Bridgeport Hospital. Ruben was born in Panama but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Ruben was a friend like no other and would step up to the plate to be there for his friends and family at anytime they needed him, day or night. He loved working on vehicles and no repair was beyond his reach, although doing what he loved, in an unusual manner, things happened and how he suddenly departed this world. In addition to his wife he is survived by his sons Alan Rodriugez; stepsons he considered his own Eddie Medero and his wife Amanda and Jose Medero; his daughter Dayana Rodriguez; stepdaughter who also he considered his own Maritza Rosado; his brothers Darin Vietes, Ramon Rodriugez and Bernardo Vietes; His sisters Maria Vietes, Elsa Vietes and Lourdes Rodriguez; nine grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends whom will dearly miss him. Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 5-7 P.M. at Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Where our families are always first), 426 E. Washington Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06608; Final disposition will be held at the convenience of the family.
