Rosa Margarita Pagan

Rosa Margarita Pagan, 81, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on Easter Sunday, April 9, 2023, at Northbridge Nursing Home in Bridgeport, CT.  She was born in Manati, Puerto Rico to the late Pedro A. Pagan and the late Carmen Melendez.

Rosa was a dedicated seamstress for a number of years in the garment industry.  In her past time she enjoyed trying her luck in the casinos.  She also enjoyed listening to music especially to the sounds of Vicente Fernandez.  Rosa's greatness and grand sense of humor will be missed by all.

Rosa leaves behind to honor her memory her loving children Janet Lopez, Jesus Lopez, Zaida Celentano and Marvin Lopez; 13 precious grandchildren including Jesus Lopez-Jensen, Emmy Cintron, Britney Cintron and 13 great grandchildren and a brother Pedro Pagan Melendez and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly. She was predeceased by a son Pedro Antonio Lopez.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM and Thursday, April 13, 2023, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Interment will follow on Thursday, April 13, 2023.  Departure from the funeral home to Mt. Grove Cemetery, 2675 North Avenue, Bridgeport, CT will take place promptly at 11:00 AM.
