Nelson M. Estela

Nelson M. Estela Rosado, age 59, of Bridgeport has passed away into eternal life on December 31, 2021, in his home while surrounded by those He loved. Nelson was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. He is the son of the late Luis A. Estela and the late Milagros Rosado. Nelson is the loving husband of Carmen Olavarria. Nelson was a caring, attentive man who loved his family. He was very talented and an all-around handyman willing to help anyone who needed a hand. He also was a very talented Landscaper. Full of talents, he was never selfish, yet shared everything he had with all around him. Gone too soon would be what our hearts will say, but rest you will have until that promised great day!. Rest in Peace Nelson!

In addition to his wife, Nelson is survived by his children Jesus Diaz, Suhail Diaz, Madeline Diaz, Anabelle Melendez, Kelvin Estela, Nelson M. Estela Jr., Kemanuel Estela, Juan Luis Estela, and Mileny Estela; his siblings Jeanette, Yolanda, Migdalia, and Maria Estela; many grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will sorely miss him.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, January 14, 2022 beginning at 10:00 A.M. followed by a Funeral Service at 12:30 all at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT;

Final disposition will take place in the Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport, CT.
