Nancy Perez

Nancy Perez, age 62, a lifelong resident of Bridgeport, passed away in Bridgeport Hospital, as she was embraced not only by the love she shared with her family but undoubtedly embraced by the eternal presence of God. Nancy leaves a legacy of love and compassion that will forever be remembered. Born in Bridgeport on January 2nd, 1962, to the late Angel R. Perez and the late Maria L. Martinez.

Nancy's kindness and unwavering devotion to her family were evident throughout her life. She was known for her immediate attention to the care and wellbeing of her loved ones, a trait that defined her character and left a lasting impact on those around her. Her essence radiated authenticity, truthfulness, commitment, and an unparalleled love that extended to both family and friends. Her favorite moments were spent surrounded by family, especially with her adored grandchildren whom she treasured dearly.

In the hearts of those who survive Nancy, including her sons Ivan (Yezenia) Negron, Edgardo (Miosotis Juarbe) Negron, Mike Anthony (Alyssa Fabe) Negron; brothers Angelo (Carmen) Perez, James (Christine) Perez, Frank (Anita) Perez; childhood best friend Migdalia Rodrigues, and grandchildren Ayanna, Angelis, Leah, Edgardo Jr., Layla, and Sophia; she will forever remain a source of love and inspiration for generations to come.

Nancy now rests peacefully after a life well-lived. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church, 275 Union Avenue, Bridgeport, CT in Bridgeport on April 5th at 11:00 AM followed by burial at Lakeview Cemetery. Though she may have left our physical world, Nancy's spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known her.

May the memories of Nancy Perez bring solace during this time of loss, and may her legacy of love be a guide through the days ahead. She will be dearly missed but never forgotten.
