Miguel A. Martinez Jr.

Miguel A. Martinez Jr., 48, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on September 5, 2023.  He was born in Bridgeport, CT to Miguel A. Martinez Sr. and Rosa Reyes Martinez.  He is the beloved husband of Lizabeth Cavero Martinez.

Miguel was a very creative free spirit who worked diligently as an auto detailer taking great pride in his work.  The vehicles he worked on were left in pristine condition.  He was a sports enthusiast who competitively played softball and was an avid fisherman who found great comfort in his hobbies.  The New York Rangers was his favorite sports team. He enjoyed spinning all types of beats ranging from hip hop to salsa music.  His greatest accomplishment was being a father to his amazing sons whom he loved unconditionally.

Miguel leaves behind to cherish his memory his beautiful wife Liza, and their precious sons Gabriel, Evan and Lorenzo, his devoted parents Michael and Rosie, and his loving sisters Janice Garcia and Christina Agosto and a host of friends and relatives that will miss him dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
