She is survived by Ottavio Cruz; her sons Michael Cruz and Omar Cruz; her daughter Jeannette Cruz; her brothers Angel Santiago and Hector Garcia; her grandchildren Josue Caleb Cruz, Mikaelys Cruz, Doris Cruz, Ethan Cruz, and Michael Cruz; and a host of other relatives and friends that will sorely miss her.
