Maria Virgin Wilhelm

Maria "Virgin" Wilhelm, 56, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on June 8, 2022, at Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT.  She was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Evangelista Wilhelm and the late Providencia Cintron.

Maria cherished the moments that she spent with her family.  She enjoyed listening to music and appreciated the beauty of tigers.

Virgin leaves behind to cherish her memories her beloved Ismael, her loving children Mariluz Chaparro, Jazmine Cruz, Jessica C. Bonilla and Freddy Vega, 3 precious grandchildren, her adoring siblings Fernando, Alex, Cristina, Carmen and Wanda and a host of friends and family that will miss her dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 17, 2022, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT.  Interment will follow at Park Cemetery, 625 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT.
