Maria Theresa Caban

Maria Theresa Caban, age 89 of Bridgeport, returned to the Loving Arms of the Lord April 16, 2020 at Northbridge Healthcare Center. She was the beloved companion of the late Hipolito Vega. Theresa was born September 17, 1930 in Ponce, PR; daughter of Antonio Velez and Maria Theresa Velez prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area many years ago. She enjoyed her family and loved being at home with her dog, cat and her beloved Hipolito. She is the mother of Norma (Raymond) Rodriguez, Robert (Carmen) Caban, and Jackie (Bruce) Claxton; the sister of Gloria Pagan; the grandmother of numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and the aunt of many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her children Filiberto Santiago and Richard Caban and her brother, Antonio Ramos. Her interment will take place at Park Cemetery in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
