Marcia Esperanza Lopez

Marcia Lopez, age 77, currently of Bridgeport has passed away into the presence of the Lord on April 3, 2023, in her home while surrounded by family members.  She was born in Honduras to the late Napoleon Carcamo and the late Sabina Carbajal.  She later became a resident of the United States. Marcia was a genuine soul who loved and cared not only for her children but even the children of others.  Her caring and giving nature were evident in all that she did.  She was relentless in her efforts to work to provide for her family.  Her passion and love for others will never be forgotten.

Marcia is the mother of Odalis Carcamo Carbajal, Octavio Carcamo Carbajal, Walmer Carcamo Carbajal, Zulma Carcamo Carbajal, Elika M Carcamo Carbajal  Suanny E. Carcamo and Jacob Yoel Carcamo Carbajal; her 20 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends who will cherish her memory forever.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Friday, April 14, 2023, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06608.

A Funeral Service will take place in the funeral home at approx. 12:00 P.M. followed by interment into the Mt. Grove Cemetery Easton, in Easton, Connecticut.
