Manuela Castoire, 76, of Naugatuck, CT returned to the loving arms of the Lord in St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury, CT. She was born to the late Aurelio Galarza and Luz M. Feliciano in Yauco, Puerto Rico. She is the devoted wife of Victor M. Castoire for 55 years.
Manuela was a faithful servant of the Lord for over 38 years and was a deaconess at Iglesia Cristian Senda Apostolica Pentecostal for 22 years. She encouraged her family to have a relationship with God. She appreciated flowers and birds and enjoyed coffee breaks at Starbucks. She enjoyed crocheting. Manuela took pride in her appearance and was always fabulously put together, impeccably accessorized and smelling as lovely as the flowers she admired. All will miss the delicious pasteles she lovingly prepared for her family as well as all many other culinary treats. She was an amazing mother and cherished the time she spent with her family.
Aside from her husband, Manuela leaves behind to cherish her memory her adoring children and their spouses; Aracelys and Jaime, Damaris, Sharon and Pedro, Johanna and Alexander, Marion and Raul, and Maria V, her precious grandchildren Alexa, Panola, Raul and Mariana and her siblings Hector, Luz and Milton and a host of friends and family that will miss her immensely.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Iglesia Cristian Senda Apostolica Pentecostal, 338 North Main Street, Naugatuck, CT. Final burial will be held in Yauco, Puerto Rico.
