Manuel Luis Loja Bacuilima

Manuel Luis Loja Bacuilima, 63, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on January 4, 2023, at Yale New Haven Hospital, New Haven, CT.  He was born in Cuenca, Ecuador to the late Manuel Espiritu Loja and Maria Rosa Elena Bacuililma.

Luis was a very kind person who was always willing to help others.  He was a very dedicated worker who was extremely detail oriented.  He was very trustworthy and reliable.  He worked tirelessly long hours with little regard to his own needs, leaving him little time for hobbies of his own.

Luis is survived by his wife Guadalupe Cecilia Pintado; his children Luis Fabian Loja, Tatiana Loja and Diana Loja; two grandchildren and his siblings Maria Rosario and Manuel Raul Loja Bacuilima and a host of friends and family that will miss him dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, January 13, 2023, from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
