Madeline Pantoja-Vega

Madeline Pantoja-Vega, age 51, currently of Florida has passed away into the Presence of the Lord on November 12, 2022. Madeline was born in Brooklyn, New York to William Pantoja and Adelina Dileo.  She is the beloved wife of Gilbert Vega.  At an early age, she relocated to the Bridgeport area where she resided for many years before most recently relocating to the Sunshine State of Florida.  Madeline was a woman who lived her entire life serving others.  At the early age of 17 she began her career in nursing and since then had never stopped giving her everything for those she was caring for.  She loved spending time with her family and looked forward to gatherings with them.   She enjoyed traveling especially if it entailed some shoe shopping.  In addition to her parents and spouse, she is survived by her son, Victor Gonzalez, Jr. (his wife Chelsea,) daughters Alikah Gonzalez and Valerie Vega;  her grandchildren Adrian and Zaylynn González;  her brother Antonio Pantoja and other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will undoubtedly miss her.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Victoria & brother William. 

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, from 7-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. 

Funeral Services have been scheduled for Wednesday, November 23, 2022, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull, CT.
