Kelvin Alvarado Rosa, born on May 15, 1989, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, brightened the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him until his untimely passing on November 19, 2024. He will be remembered for his warm and infectious smile that could light up even the gloomiest of days. Kelvin was not just a beloved family member; he was a friend to everyone he met, engaging with all in the street as if he were a seasoned politician.
A man of many talents, Kelvin was known for his friendly demeanor and great sense of humor. His lively conversations and joyful spirit created bonds that transcended simple friendship, leaving lasting memories with all whom he encountered. Whether he was lending a helping hand or sharing a laugh, there was no doubt that he had a profound impact on his community.
His hobbies brought him joy and fulfillment; he loved listening to music, spending cherished moments with his family, and even took great pride in cleaning up the neighborhood. These loving gestures were a testament to his character; he was a caring soul who always sought to uplift those around him, making the world just a bit brighter.
Kelvin’s proudest accomplishments extend into the realm of family. He was the most extraordinary uncle, doting on his nieces and nephews. His ability to greet and wish everyone a blessing felt like a warm hug, leaving an indelible mark on their hearts.
Kelvin is survived by his loving father, Celestino Alvarado Sr., and his devoted mother, Wanda Rosa. He also leaves behind his children, Keishla Alvarado and Kelvin Alvarado, who will continue to carry his love and spirit forward. He takes with him fond memories shared with his siblings: Mirela Rosa, Celestino Alvarado Jr., Sylvia Alvarado, Wanda Rivera, and Imari Alvarado.
Friends and family are invited to gather in celebration of Kelvin's life during a visitation on December 3, 2024, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Funeraria Luz De Paz located at 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. Interment will follow immediately after at Mt. Grove Easton Cemetery, 100 Harvester Road, Easton, CT. This time together will be an opportunity to share laughs, stories, and to carry forward the warmth and kindness that Kelvin embodied throughout his vibrant life.
Though he may no longer walk among us, Kelvin Alvarado Rosa’s spirit will forever resonate in our hearts, reminding us to smile brightly, help those in need, and celebrate the joy of connection.
