Julia Pizarro, age 80, of Bridgeport passed away into the presence of the Lord on December 14, 2021, in the Jewish Home for the Elderly. Julia was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to the late Daniel Pizarro and the late Emilia Encarnacion but had relocated to the US Mainland many years ago. Julia was a very generous woman who would easily give you the shirt off her back. at the same time, she was very fiesty and was very efficient at doing math equations which would easily become a moment of contention whenever she noticed you could not match up to her acceptable level of getting a result. She Jokingly would say Marc Anthony was her son, and moments after her turning radio station on, they would be playing his songs. The simple things in life brought smiles to her face such as a great word puzzle or watching an episode of Caso Cerrado on TV. A gem which will be greatly missed, but never forgotten.
Julia leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Rosa Ramirez (Victor), Hector Monge, Emily Monge (Ramon Cadeaux), and Neida Monge. Her siblings, Ana Pizarro, Jose Pizarro, Gabriella Pizarro, Geno Pizarro, and Francisco Pizarro. her grandchildren, Angel Ferrer, Brenda Vazquez (Eduardo), Jacqueline Velez (Elio), Jose Medrano (Kim), Anthony Ramirez, Hector Cadeaux, Steven, Cadeaux, Ramon Cadeaux, Naisha Monge, Marisol Adelanwa (Abiola), Natasha Monge, & Axiomara Monge. 19 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. and a host of other relatives and friends who will dearly miss her. She was preceded in death by her siblings the late Cecilia Feliciano, the late Eugenio Pizarro and the late Roberto Journett;
