Juan Pablo Vega Martinez

Juan Pablo Vega Martinez, age 68, of Bridgeport has passed away into the peaceful rest of the lord on December 22, 2022, in Stamford Hospital, Stamford, CT; Juan was bornin Guayama, Puerto Rico but has resided here for many years since he relocated to the mainland United States.  He is the son of the late Juan P. Vega Ledee and Maria Reyes Valentin Bones. Juan was employed by the city of Bridgeport for over 30 years before his retirement. His favorite pass times was truly enjoying his family and nieces and nephews every chance he had.  He enjoyed going to the casino, horse racing, but none the less enjoyed at times simply a nice walk as he was a very humble man but also full of joy.  

Juan leaves to cherish his memory his siblings, Mildred I. Hernandez Vega, Paula Vega Perez, Nilda Ramos Vega, Madeline Vega and Cecilia Vega Ledee.  A host of nieces and nephews who considered him a Dad, and other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, January 2, 2023, from 6-9 P.M. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.

Funeral Services have been scheduled for Tuesday, January 3, 2023, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home followed by interment in the Lakeview Cemetery, 885 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06610.
