Joseph Belzince

Pasteur Joseph Belzince, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on February 26, 2025, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, at the age of 75. Born on February 23, 1950, in Haiti, Joseph's journey through life was characterized by his dedication to his family and his humble spirit.

Pasteur Joseph Severe Belzince was a devoted servant of God who dedicated his life to ministry. He began as a Deacon, then became an evangelist, and later a Pasteur, always serving with faith and compassion. His wisdom and kindness touched many lives, leaving a lasting legacy of love and devotion to God.

As a taxi driver, Joseph was known for his quiet demeanor and selfless nature. He took pride in his work, always willing to help others, and brought a touch of humor to every interaction. His humility and kindness left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege to know him.

Pasteur Joseph is survived by his cherished wife, Marie Gabrielle Mondesir, and his children: Samson, Sevener, Jimmy, Silvine, Sandra, and Louna Belzince. He also leaves behind his stepchildren, Karl Lalanne, Raluca Lalanne, and Keurline Desilier. Joseph was a devoted grandfather to his 14 grandchildren, each of whom he adored and cherished.

Pasteur Joseph came from a large family and is remembered by his siblings, Morales, Fito, Fremo, Noelzinette, Esperanta, Altagrace, and Wismene, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Esperance Belzince and Marie Lesaindieu Belzince.

A viewing will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Funeraria Luz De Paz, located at 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608, followed by a burial service at Lakeview Cemetery, starting at 1:30 PM.

Pasteur Joseph Belzince's legacy will live on in the lives he touched, and his spirit will be remembered with love and admiration by all who knew him.
