Jose L. Rodriguez III

Jose L. Rodriguez III, age 46, of Bridgeport has passed away into eternal rest of the Lord on October 16, 2022, in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT.  A lifelong Bridgeport resident, Jose is the son of the late Jose L. Rodriguez II and the late Alba L. Rodriguez.  He was a graduate of Central Magnet High School in Bridgeport. He enjoyed traveling, music, gardening, cooking but what he enjoyed the most was spending time with his family.  Jose was very creative and whenever he accomplished something, you can appreciate the genuine talents he had.  

Jose is survived by his partner of over 20 years, Eric Ramos;  his siblings Joanna Rodriguez Ramirez, Ariadne Rodriguez, Siomara Rodriguez, Maria Rodriguez, Marina Rodriguez, Erica Rodriguez, Tamara Rodriguez and Evelyn Rodriguez; many nieces and nephews with special mention of Andrew Joseph Vaughn Rodriguez, Zoriah Vaughn Rodriguez and Jasmine Davila; his fur babies Caly, Layla and Diesel;   his great-nieces and great-nephews with special mention of Aiden Rodriguez, Joshua D. Vaughn and Carter Lopez;  his best friend Nydia Reyes and her children who he considered his niece and nephew, Benjamin Rodriguez and Isabel Reyes;  his aunts and uncles Joseph Pacheco, Cathy Pacheco, Rosa Pacheco and Angie Pacheco.  Not failing to mention the countless people  he knew who without a doubt will miss him very much.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours to be held on Saturday, October 22, 2022, beginning at 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at  Funeraria Luz de Paz (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06608.

Final disposition will take place privately at the convenience of the family.
