Jose Carlos Cieza Cubas, age 87, of Lima, Peru, and the beloved husband of Ana Maria Ascarate de Cieza has passed away suddenly in Bridgeport Hospital while on Vacation visiting his family. Jose was a family man with a joyful giving heart. He loved his family with everything he had. He was a dentist in Peru for many years before retiring. He was a part of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints for over 30 years and because of his commitment, dedication & example, most of his family today are vital parts of the same church he loved so much. He enjoyed some great music and loved dancing salsa to oldies but goodies. He always managed to enjoy some great games of Futbol (soccer), cheering for his team. One of his best enjoyments was when he was able to enjoy the view of the ocean which brought him peace and tranquility. Although his sudden passing leaves such a void in the hearts of all as he will no longer be present with them on this earth, understanding above all that they trust in the Lord and his promises of being reunited with him, and eternally live in Heaven.
He is the father of Roberto Carlos Cieza Ascarate, Carlos Jair Cieza Cieza, Carlos Jose Cieza Cieza and Juanita Penelope Cieza Ascarate. his is the brother of Mario A. Cieza Cubas; grandfather to Jackeline Pierina Cieza Eyzaguirre, Bruno Leonardo Cieza Eyzaguirre, Sofia Beatriz Parades Cieza and Camila Lucia Paredes Cieza; great grandather of Alessa Geordana Ballon Cieza, Dorian Ballon Cideza and Krystal Charlotte Ballon Cieza.
He was preceded in death by his parents the late Eloi Cieza Zuñiga, and the late Sofie Etelvina Cubas.
