Jorge L. Roque

Jorge L. Roque, age 67, of Bridgeport, has passed away into the Glorious rest of the almighty on September 16, 2021, in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT; Jorge was born in Caguas, Puerto Rico but had relocated to the United States mainland many years ago. At an early age, Jorge established his relationship with the Lord and became an Evangelist of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He furthermore became a chaplain where he would visit various places simply to Share the good news of Christ to all who would listen. He knew the same loved that saved him, was that same love other persons could receive. He is the son of the late Jesus Roque and the late Laura Davila; He is the beloved husband of Lydia Miranda. Jorge will be missed by many who knew him and ultimately established a legacy of love that will speak about him for years to come.

Besides his beloved wife Jorge is survived by his sons Cristian Roque, Jacob Roque, Esaul Roque, Jorge Roque, Jr., and Jorge Roque Jr. (No typo, he had two sons named after him). His daughter Rosa Holder; his siblings, Laura Hernandez and Miguel Roque; 13 grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends who will sorely miss him.
