Joan M. Forgas Borrero

Joan M. Forgas Borrero, 32, of Bridgeport, CT tragically returned to the loving arms of the Lord as a result of a vehicular accident.  She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico to Julio Forgas and the late Blanca I. Borrero.

Joan was a very joyful person who was always willing to help others.  She was an extremely creative person who had an eye for detail.  She was a successful entrepreneur who created culinary masterpieces in her food truck.  One of her favorite pastimes was spent shopping especially for the latest fashions.

Joan leaves behind to honor her memory her longtime boyfriend Javier Rosado, her loving siblings Cristy, Julio and Juan Forgas, and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, then again on Friday, January 27,  2023, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Interment will follow immediately after at Mt. Grove Easton Cemetery, Easton, CT.
