Jeannette "Tita" Cajigas

Jeannette Marie Cajigas was affectionately known by most as "Tita", born on June 29, 1987, in Bridgeport, CT, left this world on June 25, 2024, at Bridgeport Hospital. She was known for her amazing laugh that brightened the days of those around her. Jeannette graduated from St. Vincent's Special Needs Center in Trumbull CT, where she touched the lives of many with her infectious spirit.

In her free time, Tita was a devoted New York Mets fan and found joy in participating in their games. She also had a deep passion for music, finding solace and happiness in its melodies throughout her life.

A viewing in memory of Tita will be held on July 1, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church on 275 Union Ave in Bridgeport, CT.  A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am.  Final interment will take place in Puerto Rico.

Jeannette will be dearly missed by her surviving family and friends: her mother Jeannette Rosado, grandmother Maria G Rosado, and grandmother Carmin D Tosado. She is now reunited with her father Raul Cajigas who passed before her.

Jeannette's journey was marked by the challenges she faced as someone born with special needs, but through it all, she embraced life with grace and left a lasting impression on all who knew her. May she rest in peace knowing that she was cherished by many and that her memory will live on through those who loved her.
