Ivan Alberto Muñiz Pagan, a beloved soul and great person, was born on December 18, 1984, on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez. He passed away unexpectedly on March 25, 2025, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of love that will be deeply missed.

Ivan's life was filled with passion, warmth, and laughter. He was a devoted hardcore New England Patriots fan, sharing countless joyous moments with friends and family, cheering for his team with an enthusiasm that was infectious. In his spare time, Ivan enjoyed working on his car and relishing the experience of dining out, exploring the diverse culinary delights that life had to offer. His personality radiated kindness, and he touched the hearts of everyone who was fortunate enough to know him.

Ivan is survived by his loving parents, Julio I. Muñiz and Evelyn Pagan, who supported and cherished him throughout his life. He took great pride in his close-knit family, which includes his devoted girlfriend Jessica Cruz, who stood by his side and will forever hold him dear in her heart. He also leaves behind his siblings, Itza Muñiz and Evirka Muñiz, who shared countless life experiences and memories with him.

His niece, Maritza Alvarez, and nephew, Isaac Alvarez, will carry forward the joy and laughter he brought into their lives. Ivan's legacy is further honored by his aunts and uncles: Margarita Pagan, Maria Padro, Miguel Pagan, Jose Pagan, Martina Pagan, Lucelenia Pagan, Manuel Pagan and Myrka Muniz. Each of them will remember Ivan, not just as a family member, but as a source of joy and inspiration.

Services to honor his memory will be held at Funeraria Luz De Paz in Bridgeport, Connecticut. A viewing will take place on April 1, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again on April 2, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Following the viewings, he will be laid to rest at Park Cemetery Association, where family and friends can pay their final respects from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Ivan will be greatly missed, but the love he spread during his time with us will forever shine brightly in the lives of those he touched.
