Ilsa Ivette Rodriguez

Ilsa Ivette Rodriguez, age 55 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at Bridgeport Hospital. Ilsa was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico; daughter of Elena Rodriguez prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area many years ago. She enjoyed watching TV - especially her novellas, going to the park and listening to music. Ilsa absolutely loved cooking her rice, beans, chicken and pork chops. More than anything Ilsa loved being around her grandkids. Ilsa is the loving mother of Zulma I. Nieves, Marisol Garcia and Angel Rodriguez; the grandmother of 3 and the great-grandmother of 4; and the caring sister of 2. She is also survived by many other family members and friends that will sorely miss her. Family and friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave. Bridgeport, CT 06608.
