Govanny Gomez, 30, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on January 21, 2022, in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT. He was born in Bridgeport to Mario Resto and Lucy Gomez.
Besides his parents, Govanny leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving sister Vanessa Resto and his adoring grandparents Laudalina Rivera, Benito Gomez and Nilda Morales and a host of family and friends that will miss him sorely.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. Burial will follow immediately after at Mt. Grove Cemetery, 2675 North Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.
Proper mask usage is required at all times while inside the funeral home.
