Eduardo Rodriguez

Eduardo Rodriguez, 89, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on November 24, 2022, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport, CT.  He was born in Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico to the late Pascual Rodriguez and the late Gracia Gomez.  

Eduardo proudly served this country in the United States Army.  He bravely fought in the Korean War.  Additionally he was a pioneer in the construction of the Panama Canal.  He is the essence of a true hero.  More importantly he served the Lord in his daily actions.  

Eduardo leaves behind to honor his memory his loving children Eduardo Jr., Yolanda, Socorro, David and Wanda; ten precious grandchildren and one great grandchild, his dear siblings Maria, Rosaura, Minerva and Dora and a host of friends and relatives that will miss him dearly.  He is predeceased by his brother Israel and granddaughter Aisha.

Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Interment will follow immediately after with full military honors at Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT.
