Dolores Perez, age 60, the beloved daughter of the Late Carlos Ayala Pesquera and Consuelo Negron Pesquera, has passed away into the Peaceful Rest of the Lord on September 1, 2021, in Bridgeport Hospital, Bridgeport, CT; Dolores was born in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico before relocating to the Bridgeport area over 60 years ago and has resided here since. A woman full of life and a joyful spirit, everyone loved Dolores as she would be the life of the party wherever she went. She was everyone's babysitter, as she had a love for children and created a bond with them immediately wherever she met them. The ones she bonded the most with were her precious grandchildren which she looked forward to spending every possible moment with. Her sense of humor was one to be admired. She invested her love into her family which she loved unconditionally. She always embraced those who otherwise have been pushed away by others or neglected regardless of the reasons. She was selfless and could not see anyone who truly needed a hand, at times even sharing things even she couldn't spare, but God made sure she never went without and would return in favor of what she always gave with her heart. It is Truly is an unfortunate loss for those who knew her, but her memory and unforgettable moments will live for years to come.
Besides her mother Consuelo Negron Pesquera, Dolores leaves to cherish the memories of her, one son Victor Perez III and his wife Patricia Perez. Her siblings Yolanda Pesquera and Carlos Pesquera Jr.. her beautiful grandchildren Ariana, Victor, Jonathan, Xavier, Tristan, Julianna, and Hadassah Perez, and a host of nieces and nephews with special mention of Wilbert Rivera and Joshua Lugo who she loved as if they were her own children, and all will sadly miss her. She was predeceased by her son the late Jonathan Perez.

Please be advised, to our surprise, the street running in the front of the funeral home is being paved (Pleasant surprise, but inconvenience none the less), but you may enter our parking lot through the normal "EXIT" of the parking lot on Noble avenue. There will be a staff member in the parking lot assisting with safe traffic flow for all who attend.
Also, please be advise, City of Bridgeport Ordinance requires anyone who enters our facility and everyone INSIDE the funeral home to have a mask over mouth and nose at all times while inside our home. Please know, nobody else understands how cumbersome this entire thing may be, but the other option is not one to consider. Therefore, we have sanitizer and monitor our viewing/visitations for the safety and health of everyone in attendance.
