Carol A. Martinez

Carol A. Martinez, age 76, a Lifelong Bridgeport Resident has passed away into the peaceful rest of the Lord on March 16, 2022 in her home while surrounded by her loving family and friends.  She is the daughter of the late Helen Sadowski.  Carol was known for being a very detailed oriented person, who was always attentive to her surroundings and making sure everything was organized and meticulous around her home.  She had a heart full of Love for God and throughout the past 30 years as a Member of the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church.   Everyone knew Carol had a green thumb but she never took that for granted and each time she had the opportunity she made it a point to expand her knowledge of the care and handling of the plants.  She had great love for animals especially birds.  Carol not only was married to a spanish, latino man, but she learned the language and the cuisine to provide great nutricious meals.  She had the abilility to connect to anyone around her and her whitty humor was contagious.  One of  her favorite things to do was having a great cup of coffee while chit chatting with her family and friends.  She will be missed by all.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday,  March 21, 2022 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. Followed by a Funeral service in  the funeral home.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Grove Cemetery.
