Carmen Socorro Ramos

Carmen Socorro Ramos, age 56, currently of Stratford, has passed away into the peaceful glorious rest of the Almighty on Friday, September 3, 2021 in her home. Carmen was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico is the daughter of Felix Juan Ramos and Felicita DeJesus. she had relocated to the United States mainland many years ago, but continued going back home frequently.

In addition to her parents, Carmen is survived by two sons, Brian Zapata and his wife Marcela Hidalgo and Benjy Zapata and his wife Kristen. Her daughter Yaritza Crumpton and her husband Michael. her siblings Felix, Reynaldo, Maria and Jannette; Her grandchildren, Brianna Zapata, Noel Zapata, Emilia Zapata and Brayden Crumpton. and a host of other relatives and friends. She will be sorely missed by all.

Friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT;

final disposition will take place in Salinas, Puerto Rico where she will be laid to rest in her hometown.
