Carlos DeLeon

Carlos DeLeon, 63, of Bridgeport, entered eternal rest on Monday, April 13, 2020 at UConn John Dempsey Hospital, Farmington, CT. Carlos was born April 3, 1957 in Santurce, PR the beloved son the late Ramon & Asuncion (Cruz) DeLeon. As a young child his family moved to New York and eventually settled in Bridgeport, CT. Carlos is survived by daughters, Maria Ruiz, Jessenia DeLeon; son, Carlos DeLeon Jr; grandchildren, Neftali Lugo, Carlos Lugo, Hector Morales Jr, Damir Smith; siblings, Isabel DeLeon, Alberto DeLeon, Milagros DeLeon, Israel Cruz, Alberto Sanchez, Maria Vega and Pedro Vega. He was predeceased by his brother, Rafael DeLeon. Carlos was fun, loving, gentle and kind with a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed and his memory will live on in the hearts of all whose life he touched.
