Bernardino Perez

Bernardino “Dino” Perez, age 67 of Bridgeport, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 17, 2018 surrounded by family at the State Veterans Hospital in West Haven, CT. He was born in Quebradillas, Puerto Rico; son of the late Bernardino Perez and Evangelista Perez Soler prior to relocating to the Bridgeport area. Bernardino is the caring brother of Angel P. Perez, Brigida Reveron, Bernardina Otero, Mercedes Luna, Josefina Rodriguez, Pedro Perez, Esther Garcia, Gladys Nieves, and Raquel Rivera. He was the beloved uncle to 34 nieces and nephews who he thought of as his own children, and he extended that love to all of their children. Dino will forever be remembered for his vibrant personality, humor, intelligence, and ability to see the best in others. Friends are invited to attend Calling Hours on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT 06608. A Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for FRIDAY, November 23, 2018 beginning at 10 a.m. DIRECTLY AT Blessed Sacrament Church, 275 Union Ave, Bridgeport, CT 06607. His interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery in Stratford, CT.
