Amalio Lebron Soto, age 69, of Bridgeport, has passed away into the presence of the Lord on Friday, April 14, 2023, in his home surrounded by his loving family. Amalio was born in Guanica, Puerto Rico to the late Juan Lebron and Petra Soto, he relocated to the Bridgeport area many years ago. Amalio was a very quiet, family focused man and was always in contact with his siblings. He enjoyed spending memorable times with his children, grandchildren, siblings and friends playing dominos, watching baseball and boxing. He truly valued those moments. Amalio will be missed dearly.
Amalio is survived by his beloved wife Carmen Gladys Rodriguez Padin and his beautiful daughters Carmen Cruz and her fiance Raymond Febus, and Evelyn Cruz Vargas and her husband Rafael Vargas. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, Vanessa, Cindy, Luis, Alma, Madeline, Jessica, Melissa, Julissa, Raymond Jr. and fifteen great grandchildren. He is also survived by his siblings Adelaida Lebron, Lucrecia Galicia, Juan Lebron, Aurea Lebron, Maria Magdalena Lebron and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brothers Dulcilio Lebron, Ediberto Lebron, Hector Juan Lebron, Angel Luis Lebron, sisters Rosa Emma Lebron, Elvira Lebron.
Friends are invited to attend calling hours, to be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023, from 1-4 P.M. Funeraria Luz de Paz, (Peaceful Light Funeral Home), 426 E. Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT 06608.
