Throughout his life, Alberto was known for his infectious happiness and love for life. He had a natural ability to lighten the mood, often seen joking around with friends and family, bringing smiles and laughter wherever he went. His love for cooking was another reflection of his warm personality, as he often shared meals with those he cared about, showcasing his nurturing side.

Alberto’s commitment to his work as a farmer highlighted his strong work ethic and dedication to his craft. He leaves behind a loving father, as well as his mother, Maria Mercedes Ototl. Alberto is survived by his siblings: Fernando, Laura, Marcos, Angel, Josefina, and Julio. Each of them holds cherished memories of their time together, and his joyful essence will profoundly impact their lives moving forward.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Luz De Paz, located at 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT, on December 15, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor the memory of a truly remarkable man whose spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who loved him.

Alberto Sotarriba, un querido miembro de la comunidad y hábil agricultor, falleció el 11 de diciembre de 2024 en Bridgeport, Connecticut. Nacido el 22 de agosto de 1984 en México, el camino de Alberto estuvo marcado por su inquebrantable dedicación y espíritu alegre, que lo hicieron entrañable para todos los que lo conocieron. 

A lo largo de su vida, Alberto fue conocido por su felicidad contagiosa y su amor por la vida. Tenía una habilidad natural para alegrar el ambiente, siempre bromeando con amigos y familiares, trayendo sonrisas y risas dondequiera que iba. Su amor por la cocina reflejaba también su cálida personalidad, ya que a menudo compartía comidas con las personas que apreciaba, mostrando su lado más cariñoso.

El compromiso de Alberto con su trabajo como agricultor resaltaba su fuerte ética laboral y dedicación a su oficio. Entendía la tierra y sentía un profundo respeto por la naturaleza, habilidades que perfeccionó a lo largo de muchos años. Se llevará a cabo un velorio en la Funeraria Luz De Paz, ubicada en el 426 E. Washington Ave., Bridgeport, CT, el 15 de diciembre de 2024, de 5:00 PM a 8:00 PM. Familiares y amigos están invitados a reunirse para honrar la memoria de un hombre verdaderamente extraordinario, cuyo espíritu continuará brillando en los corazones de quienes lo amaron.
