Aida I. Colon

Aida I. Colon, 54, returned to the loving arms of the Lord on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT.  She was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico to Eduardo Colon and Gloria E. Negron.

Aida was very loving and respected person.  She worked diligently as a paralegal secretary for a number of years.  She loved her trips to WalMart, crocheting and dolphins.   She served the Lord with her gift of song as a member of Fuente de Salvacion Church in Bridgeport.

Aida leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving son Enrique M. Colon and her dear siblings Ruth Colon, Addie Negron, Jose Semidey, Lillian Gonzalez, Eduardo Colon, Angel Colon, Blanca Colon, Ita Colon and Manolo Colon and a host of friends and relatives that will miss her dearly.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 12, 2022, from 6:00 - 9:00 PM and Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.  Burial will take place on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 11: 30 PM at Park Cemetery, 620 Lindley Street, Bridgeport, CT.
