Adalverto Ramos, age 28, the beloved son of Lydia I. Ramirez, Eddy Ramirez, and Adalverto Ramos has passed away on March 20, 2021 in his residence. Chiquitin as many graciously called him was born in Bridgeport and resided here his entire life. He was a graduate of the 2011 Graduating class of Bassick High School. He was a very active young man who enjoyed sports in particular Baseball and looked forward to spending quality time with his family and friends. He had a great sense of humor and those that knew him could always appreciate the vibrancy he demonstrated in all he did. Chiquitin was called home suddenly and unbeknownst to all why so soon, but we know that if there are cars after this world, Chiquitin is in one classy one, because he loved cars and exploring them throughout his life.
Besides his parents, Adalverto is survived y his Siblings, Jennifer Ramirez, Angel Ramirez, Esteban Ramirez, Mateo Ramirez, Ian Ramos, Jason Ramos, and Damion Ramos; his grandparents Maria Milagros Cruz, Juan Fontanez, and Nilsa Ortiz; and a host of other relatives and friends whom will sorely miss him.

Please be advised, we currently have been advised by the State of Connecticut and Health department of the state of Connecticut that Restrictions as to the amount of persons permitted inside the facility has been expanded from the previous amount we had been limited by; We understand the laws in place to reduce exposure to the COVID 19 during this pandemic were essential in the reduction of unnecessary exposure to such virus.
Therefore, it has been determined that the amount of persons permitted inside the facility during a service will be left at the discretion of the family depending on the level of comfort they feel considering the Covid 19 virus is currently STILL an active and very dangerous virus.
Although within the State of Connecticut has been successfully and aggressively administering vaccinations to many throughout our state, there are still many who are not vaccinated. It is imperative that during such a trialing time for a family they also do not become exposed unnecessarily or excessively while mourning the loss of a loved one to the Virus leading to preventable unfortunate circumstances.
Therefore, please understand the entrance currently remains at the back of the funeral home and if the family wants to restrict the amount of persons they feel comfortable being surrounded by, they will advise us of that number and we will then be sure to execute the wishes of the family. Our only purpose and goal is for everyone to go home the same way they arrive and everyone's anticipated cooperation is truly appreciated!
