Ada Nilsa Rodriguez

Ada N. Rodriguez returned to the loving arms of the Lord on January 7, 2022, in Bridgeport Hospital. She was born to the late Ismael Rodriguez and Aurora Morales in Caguas, Puerto Rico.

Ada was a graduate of Sacred Heart University and had an illustrious career in sales. She was an avid traveler who was particularly fond of traveling on cruises. She was a huge fan of line dancing and was lovingly referred to as "The cat lady". She was an active member of St. Charles Borromeo church in Bridgeport, taught catechism there and was participated in the Daughters of Mary. Her proudest accomplishment however was the active role she took in her family whom she adored. She was key in the nurturing and rearing of her nieces and nephews. She is a cherished aunt, sister, daughter and godmother who will be missed by all.

Ada is survived by her sisters Ana and Annie Rodriguez, 5 nephews and nieces, 13 great nephews and 1 great great nephew and a host of friends and family.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, from 5-8 PM at Funeraria Luz de Paz, 426 East Washington Avenue, Bridgeport, CT.

Proper mask usage is required inside the funeral home.
